The Soul Warrior Sanctuary.
A space to soften. A place to come home to yourself.
Nestled on a beautiful farm in the East Sussex countryside, The Soul Warrior Sanctuary is a peaceful, sensory healing space created for those longing to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise. Rooted in care and quiet ritual, it offers a refuge for the nervous system and a home for the heart.
Here, healing is gentle and embodied—held through therapies that blend touch, scent, sound, and sacred stillness. Whether you're seeking deep rest, soulful reconnection, or simply time to breathe, the sanctuary invites you to be met exactly as you are. We offer sound therapy, somatic movement, 1:1 yoga, massage, reiki, reflexology, aromatherapy, meditation, mystical storytelling, women's circles, ritual events and more.
You are invited to book a treatment, explore the space, or rest, exploring "The Living Library", a scholarly corner of sacred books and oracle cards. Share a herbal tea, a mocktail, and delicious treats.
The shop will be open to peruse a selection of curated and bespoke jewellery, oracle cards, books and journals, as well as candles, holistic well-being and aromatherapy products.
The Community Hope Prayer Tree will come to life with colourful ribbons to celebrate our pay-it-forward campaign.

Qoya Inspired Movement - Imagine a place where movement and gathering can support your journey into sincere self-trust and faith in life, whatever you are navigate. Our sessions will take you on a journey that is empowering, gentle and nurturing. If you are suffering from anxiety or stress, yearning for something new, wanting to feel into your creativity, fall in love with yourself, form new friendships, then this is a space for you to just BREATHE and BE to give yourself permission to relax and rest creating a space to receive; enabling restoration for our mental, emotional and physical health.

I cannot wait to share with you a new series of bespoke offerings including corporate wellbeing events, hen weekends, private parties, groups and clubs and mini retreats which have all been curated to bring together a community of like-hearted people in soulful practice.
I have taken my meditation and soundscape sessions into the NHS aswell as Foundry Healthcare Lewes and Newhaven. Designing bespoke corporate packages to bring relaxation into the workplace has been an exciting new addition to the work I offer. During lockdown I spent my days connecting with women from all over the world, we came together in spirit and with love to write and collaborate on a magazine by women for women. The magazine called "Belles's Misadventures" delved into the Divine Feminine journey and our six senses. We shared stories , advice and our combined knowledge aroud taste, sight, sound, touch, smell and sensuality.
After two very well received editions packed full of resources and wonder, the magazine is being re-launced under the Soul Warrior brand, I like to think that Belle has met her soul warrior and they have joined together in a sacred marriage !

The beautiful lunar bell tent is a haven for the retrats, events, and workshops. A portable hub for us to dance, move, meditate, laugh, sing and share in.
